Upload sale order details from MYOB to VirtueMart. Requires order range to be specified (by MYOB order ID). Off-line orders get uploaded to VirtueMart, with online orders being updated. Customer accounts also get created or updated.

Update order statuses on VirtueMart based on order status information in MYOB. Sends an optional email notification to the customer once order status has been updated.
