We work to your full satisfaction. Once it's approved and is working fine (approved both by you and our QA team) - this means the product is working and there is no need to send the money back. In a very unlikely case the product doesn't work - we will return the money no matter how many days past since the purchase date. Once approved and if there are some issues in the future - we fix those issues free of charge if they are caused by our programming.

Product SupportWe provide telephone support Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm GMT and email support 24 hours per day. The turn around time on issues can be anywhere from 30 minutes to several hours depending on what the support request is. We are also in the process of updating our Support Ticketing System to allow customers to send us support requests and track the progress.
The customer simply sends us the LOG file generated by Web DataLink and we can then work out the best strategy to fix their problem.
Training
We provide on-site training through the expert guidance and training over the phone as well as via Online and PDF Manual.
Installation
The installation process consists of the two parts.
Part One - Installation of the corresponding facilities to the Ecommerce web site of the customer. This is performed by DataLink UK Ltd.
Part Two - A very straight forward installation of the software from a CD or download from our online server onto the customer's PC is performed by either the customer or our trained staff via remote connection. We provide all of the necessary documentation required to do the install.
Support and Installation Packs
You can also purchase our 4-hours premium support and installation packs for only £150 + VAT per pack (saving 25% against our regular hourly rate) if you're not sure about how to integrate our Web DataLink solution into your existing business model. Our Product Support Engineers will design an integration strategy for you, and will help to install the, and properly configure it as a part of your business model. We can also perform initial import and export of data for you to let you start synchronising your business earlier with Web DataLink.
